The administration of Iran has applied to join the world leaders of five developed named BRICS. The states are the Russian Federation, Brazil, India, the Republic of China, and South Africa.

“The membership of Iran in the BRICS group would result in added values for both sides.”
The Iranian state has the second major asset of gas in the world. Hence it applies to joining the race of major economies.

The application of Iran to join BRICS comes days after the summit of the five major economies of BRICS.
