Family drifts 100 days in Pacific after boat trip; five survive, four die

Nine family members from Micronesia set out on what was supposed to be a one-hour boat journey to collect supplies. A storm swept their vessel off course, leaving them adrift in the Pacific Ocean for nearly 100 days. They eventually reached Kiribati, more than 3,000 miles away, but only five survived the ordeal.
