IIHF issues statement on Russian and Belarusian participation in tournaments

Following a ruling last week from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to reinstate Russia to international hockey competitions, the IIHF stated on Saturday that, while it disagrees with the ruling, it is taking the steps required by the CAS’s decision regarding possible reimplementation.
